Free shipping offers only apply to the lower 48 states within the United States.

Orders are shipped in the order received. It typically takes 1-3 business days depending on order time before it ships. During peak sales and holiday shipping it may take 1-3 additional business days for order processing. If you need expedited shipping, please contact to see the availability.

All orders are shipped by the carrier of our choice (USPS ,Fedex or UPS). Typical transit time will be 3-7 business days.

Items that weigh less than 1 pound will be send via USPS First Class mail and will not contain insurance. Insurance is available for an additional charge. In the event an item becomes lost or stolen, the customer will have to place a new order.

Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you once we receive your order. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.

Return Policy :
S and L Products offers a 30 day no hassle refund/exchange policy on all uninstalled items that are returned in their original packaging. All refunds are subject to up to a 10% restocking fee based on the total paid and 15% after 31 days. If an item has been installed or tampered with, it is not eligible for a refund. You may elect for a refund for store credit that is not subject to a restocking fee.
Exchanges for products of similar value are not subject to a restocking fee, however, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost to send/receive new products. S and L Products customer service representative will reach out to you in order to complete your exchange.
Returns are processed as soon as possible upon reception and you will receive an email notifying you of the refund amount or contacting you regarding your exchange. Please be advised that once the refund is issued, it will take about 3-4 business days to clear the wires and be posted to your account.

Returns / Exchanges/ Cancels

Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping charges for returns or exchanges.

All returns must be authorized and be clearly marked "Return" with a note of the Order Number which the item is being returned on.

Any items shipped COD or having additional fees that are charged to S and L Products upon delivery will be rejected.

We cannot and will not cancel orders that are currently in transit. Customers are able to return products once they receive them.

Orders considered lost in transit cannot be canceled. Orders lost in transit can only be cancelled once the carrier acknowledges and sends written confirmation of the lost package so shipping insurance can be claimed. We are unable to cancel or replace items until written confirmation is received.

Can I cancel my order such as custom order or made to order , etc?
All orders which are built-to-order and have a lead time can only be canceled within the 3 days of purchase. After that, production is started and we are unable to cancel it.

Warranty

For warranty claims please contact S and L Products While we will assist customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped for inspection. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.
Shipping costs at checkout are only an ESTIMATE. In the event, there is additional shipping, we will contact you for additional payment. This includes but is not limited to rural areas, extended areas, residences, or areas out of typical carrier routes. Customers with questions can contact us anytime

Damages
S and L Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
